Service Description

Our Premium Drive Test Package includes full test-day support from start to finish. Your instructor will pick you up, complete a 60-minute warm-up lesson, take you to the VicRoads test centre, provide vehicle hire for the test, and then drop you off afterwards. This package gives you convenience, confidence and maximum preparation on your big day. Includes: • Pick-up from your chosen location • 60-minute warm-up lesson • Use of instructor vehicle for the VicRoads test • Instructor support during check-in and test • Drop-off after the test VicRoads test booking fee not included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Next Gen Drive Academy To ensure fair scheduling for all learners, the following cancellation terms apply: 48-Hour Cancellation Window You may cancel or reschedule your lesson more than 48 hours in advance at no charge. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours) Cancellations within 24 hours of your lesson time will be charged the full lesson fee. Credits or transfers are not available for late cancellations. No-Shows A no-show is when the learner: Does not arrive, or arrives more than 10 minutes late without notice. In this case, the full lesson fee is charged. Instructor Cancellations If your instructor must cancel due to illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe conditions: You will be offered a new time, or A full refund No fees will ever be charged to the learner. Weather & Safety Lessons may be postponed in unsafe weather. No fees apply and the session will be rescheduled.
