Service Description
Our Test-Only Package is ideal for confident learners who simply need an instructor vehicle for their VicRoads Drive Test. Your instructor will meet you at the test centre, provide guidance before check-in, and support you through the entire process. This package includes: • Use of a dual-control instructor vehicle • Pre-test briefing and paperwork assistance • Instructor support during the test • Drop-off at the test centre Note: This package does not include a warm-up lesson. If you’d like extra preparation before your test, consider our Drive Test (L → P) package.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Next Gen Drive Academy To ensure fair scheduling for all learners, the following cancellation terms apply: 48-Hour Cancellation Window You may cancel or reschedule your lesson more than 48 hours in advance at no charge. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours) Cancellations within 24 hours of your lesson time will be charged the full lesson fee. Credits or transfers are not available for late cancellations. No-Shows A no-show is when the learner: Does not arrive, or arrives more than 10 minutes late without notice. In this case, the full lesson fee is charged. Instructor Cancellations If your instructor must cancel due to illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe conditions: You will be offered a new time, or A full refund No fees will ever be charged to the learner. Weather & Safety Lessons may be postponed in unsafe weather. No fees apply and the session will be rescheduled.
